What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, work email, company, industry, and the message you write. That's it — we do not run third-party analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or session recorders on this site.
Why we collect it
We use what you submit to reply to your inquiry and, if it leads to a paid engagement, to deliver the work. Hermes — our internal triage assistant — reads new submissions to draft a one-paragraph summary and a suggested first reply for our team. No automated decision is made about you; a human reviews every message before responding.
Who sees it
Only the KilnAtlas team. We do not sell, rent, or share contact-form data with third parties for marketing. Hosting and database are provided by Lovable Cloud; AI summarization runs through the Lovable AI Gateway.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Active client records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by accounting and contractual obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've sent us at any time. Email hello@kilnatlas.systems and we'll handle it within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a single first-party cookie to keep authenticated users (admin and client portal) signed in. No marketing or tracking cookies.
