This website describes the operational-systems work KilnAtlas does for skilled-trade and field-service businesses. The content is informational and does not constitute a binding offer or fixed quote.
Inquiries
Submitting the contact form starts a conversation. It does not create a client relationship, an engagement, or any obligation on either side. Paid work is governed by a separate signed agreement that we'll share before any billable activity begins.
Acceptable use
Don't submit content that's unlawful, infringes third-party rights, or attempts to disrupt the service. We reserve the right to refuse inquiries and remove content that violates these terms.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is." We aim for accuracy and uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every page is up to date at every moment.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, KilnAtlas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site itself. Liability for paid engagements is governed by the relevant signed agreement.
